Product Quality Guarantee
All products are carefully prepared, packed, and inspected before shipment. We guarantee that orders will be delivered in good condition to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Reporting an Issue
If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to product quality concerns, damage during delivery, or receiving an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable
Requests submitted without sufficient supporting information may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be approved in any of the following cases:
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product arrived defective or unsuitable for consumption.
- The product received differs from the item ordered.
- A verified quality issue is identified by the RIVA DATE team.
RIVA DATE reserves the right to review and assess each replacement request before approval.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, refunds will only be issued when a replacement is not possible or when RIVA DATE determines that a refund is the most appropriate solution.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take between 10 and 30 business days to appear in your account.
Delivery Responsibility
RIVA DATE is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
- The recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Failure to provide an updated address or location within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
- Refusal to accept the shipment by the customer or recipient.
Orders that are returned or redirected due to incorrect delivery information may be subject to additional delivery charges based on the courier's applicable fees.
Non-Returnable Products
For food safety and quality assurance reasons, food products cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases covered under this Refund & Replacement Policy.
Replacement Processing Time
Once a replacement request has been approved, replacement products will typically be shipped within 2–5 business days, subject to product availability and delivery schedules.
