Riva is not responsible for failed deliveries when an incorrect / outdated address is provided, the recipient is not available, or a new delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

How do I return my Riva order?
As Riva products are perishable, returns are not possible. However, you may request a replacement or refund instead.
How can I request a refund or replacement?
Refunds and replacement requests will be considered if the products were damaged during delivery, the incorrect product was shipped, or products were defective or out of date.
When will replacement orders be delivered?
Once the request is received and approved, the replacement item(s) will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days.
Where replacements are not possible, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Once the refund request is received and approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note, refunds can take 10 to 30 working days to be reflected in the account.
